PROJECT OVERVIEW
From 2016 to 2019, Expanded Circle Collective’s members ran a digital advertising campaign that used short, animated videos to teach people about the problems of animal agriculture and benefits of vegan eating. With over three dozen videos, we created content to target people who were already vegetarian or exploring vegetarian eating, but had not made the jump to veganism. We split this target audience into three groups based on motivation — animal lovers, environmentalists, and health/fitness enthusiasts — and developed video series for each group. These ads have been viewed over 5 million times by nearly 2 million people and continue to run as CTV ads today, thanks to a grant from VegFund.
